Hi, My Name is Edward McCrossin. I was born in the United States on 1963.I grew up in a small farm town in the state of Ohio. I went to Miami East High School, Graduated in 1981.I am the proud father of two sons that have given me three beautiful grand kids, one boy and two girls, which I plan to make sure that they survive this great ordeal. I am writing this post to help you understand what you our going to need to do if the end is indeed on December 21,2012.
So with that said lets get started.The first thing is food how to store it for the longest shelf life.In my post, you will find how to use a pressure cooker to can your own food. I will also show you were you can get a pressure cooker of your own. Along with recipes that you can use for canning fruits and vegetables, meats and poultry, fish and Seafood, Soups and a lot of helpful hints to make canning your own foods easy.
We will also talk about surviving in the harsh elements and how we can build shelters out of the things you can find lying around the planet. We'll discuss stocking supplies, such as, wood to build our fires because there will be no power left to use digital devices. We also will need to look at alternative fuels as gas will be hard to come by.
