It All Starts With You

                                "Faith Do you have What It Takes"

People are you just sitting there wondering what will happen? Are you one of these people? Unsure of what comes next, or where life is about to take you? This just might clear this up. "Life".It only belongs to the hands you've put it in. Do you know were your life is? Myself I do, I've put mine in the hands of God. We crave for love, so much so that we look for it even in the worse of people who only hurt us and fail us constantly. Somewhere at the back of our minds, a voice tells us we can find that love in God, that He has loved us ever since and that He is the One who has really loved us most. But how can we know He loves us when we cannot even see Him?  If you read your bible, I believe you'll find this out and maybe I can get you started. If you have a bible, go get it, this way you can see that I'm not making this up as we go along. OK, lets start with, (Peter1-1:2-1:25) Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. (1:3)  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (1:4)  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (1:5)  Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (1:6)  Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: (1:7)  That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: (1:8)  Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: (1:9)  Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. (1:10)  Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: (1:11)  Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. (1:12)  Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into. (1:13)  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (1:14)  As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:  (1:15)  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; (1:16)  Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. (1:17)  And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: (1:18)  Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; (1:19)  But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: (1:20)  Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, (1:21)  Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. (1:22)  Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: (1:23)  Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (1:24)  For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: (1:25)  But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
Aren't you glad you read that? God does not ask much of us, so we need to remember to keep our faith in God. We should never have to ask why We should know that God always gives us what we need. If your not sure if you our saved this prayer is a very good start on the path to salvation.

 Repeat these words;
Lord I want to be saved. Lord I want to change. I acknowledge and believe that you are the Son of the One and only true living God and the One who died for my sins, poor choices and bad behavior. I am sorry for this behavior and ask you God to please forgive me. I will strive to do better with your help Lord. I accept you into my life and understand that Salvation and Your Holy Spirit who will teach, direct and instruct me how to live in the future.Thank You for saving me. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

Romans 10:9
King James Version (KJV)-- (9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

John 3:16King James Version (KJV)--(16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Our hope, then, should not be ephemeral wishes or dreams based on wishy-washy sentimentality, but the solid realities of God and His Word. Our hope flows from an inexhaustible Source, and therefore no trial should ever quench our optimism for future good. Hope is our response to His work in us expressed in trust, patience, endurance, and eagerness to continue.

Here is something I read the other day it really spoke to me hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

 God is the one who loves you most, with your garbage, limitations, and problems, as well as the beauty that you may not be able to see at this time.  Nothing in your life could make you any less beautiful in God’s eyes.  You do not want to make the mistake of thinking you need to impress God.  God is walking toward you always arms outstretched, able to help you find meaning in everything.  What is most needed is that you allow God to impress you.  Let God impress you with his love.  Even if you feel nothing when you read about God’s love for you, keep believing.  One day you will no longer need to believe, because you will know. – Kathryn J. Hermes, FPS

Hope all of you have enjoyed these words from God, and they have inspired you as much as they do me.
And thanks to Kathryn J. Hermes for her fabulous quote.
